Effective 2 October 2026
The short version. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Nothing is collected about you unless you choose to send it — by writing to us, booking a call, taking the self-assessment, or paying for something. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we will delete what we hold on request.
This policy explains what Simplex Via LLC does with information that reaches us through simplexvia.com and through the services we sell.
Effectively nothing. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising or remarketing pixel, no heatmap recorder and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The site sets no cookies to identify or follow you.
Two mechanical exceptions, stated because they are true rather than because anyone would notice them:
Everything else in this policy is information you chose to hand over. Specifically:
| When you | What we receive |
|---|---|
| Email or call us | Your name, your address or number, and whatever you write or say |
| Book a call | Name, email address, chosen time, and anything you type into the booking form |
| Take the AI Value Self-Assessment | Your answers, your score, and your name and email if you enter them |
| Pay for something | Name, business name, email, phone and billing details. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them. |
| Engage us for work | Whatever materials the engagement requires: documents, process descriptions, system access, and the business information needed to do the job |
We use it to reply to you, to schedule and hold the conversation, to produce and deliver the work you have asked for, to invoice, and to keep the business records the law requires us to keep. That is the whole list.
What we do not do, stated plainly because a policy that only lists permissions is not telling you much:
A one-person practice runs on other people's software. These are the services that genuinely touch your information, what each is for, and nothing else:
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cal.com | Scheduling — holds your booking and its details |
| Jotform | Hosts the AI Value Self-Assessment and its responses |
| Stripe | Processes payments and holds the card data we never see |
| Google Workspace | Email and documents |
| GitHub Pages | Serves this website |
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it holds, and each is subject to its own laws. We choose them; we do not control them. We share information with a third party in only three other circumstances: when you ask us to, when a professional adviser such as our accountant needs it to do their job, or when the law compels it.
Simplex Via uses AI tools to do its work, and client material is sometimes processed with them. What follows is a description of the practice rather than a promise about it, because the terms of the companies that build these tools are theirs to set and to change, not ours.
What cannot honestly be guaranteed is what a third-party provider does inside its own systems, or that its terms will stay as they are. Anyone who guarantees that to you about a tool they do not own is overstating it. If your work needs a binding commitment on this point — and for regulated work it may — say so before the engagement starts. It then goes into the written agreement, where it is worth something.
Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We use it to do your work, and for nothing else.
Accounts are protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the service supports it. Devices are encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it, which at present is one person.
No one can promise that a system cannot be breached, and a policy that promises it is lying to you. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you, tell you what was involved, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Write to info@simplexvia.com and you can ask us to:
Whether or not the law where you live grants those rights, you have them here. We will respond within thirty days.
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and it will be deleted.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting current clients will be communicated directly rather than left to be discovered.
